Telera provides users with temporary virtual phone numbers designed to receive verification SMS OTP (One-Time Password) codes online for account creation and authentication across supported web applications and platforms.
2. Account Registration and Google Authentication
To use our services, you must register for an account by providing an email and password or by authenticating using Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0):
- You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity under your local jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.
- When using Google Sign-In, you authorize Telera to access your basic Google profile details (name, email, avatar) in strict compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy & Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Our services are provided solely for legitimate privacy preservation, personal account registration, multi-factor authentication (MFA/2FA), and software testing.
You strictly agree NOT to use Telera virtual numbers for:
- Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws and regulations.
- Engaging in fraud, financial phishing, identity theft, or unauthorized account takeover.
- Circumventing bans, suspensions, or terms of service of third-party platforms for malicious purposes.
- Transmitting, distributing, or facilitating spam, abusive telemarketing, or harassment.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or running denial-of-service (DoS) attempts against any network.
Consequences of Violation: Any detected violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination of your account, permanent forfeiture of remaining wallet balance without refund, and reporting to competent judicial and telecommunications authorities where warranted.
4. Pricing, Wallet Balance, and Automatic Refund Guarantee
- Currency: All prices are displayed and billed in Brazilian Reais (BRL).
- Prepaid Model: Services are accessed through prepaid account balances topped up via PIX or Credit Card, or via direct order checkout.
- Auto-Refund Guarantee: If a temporary virtual number does not receive the requested SMS OTP verification code within the allocation window (typically 15 to 20 minutes), the order is automatically cancelled, and 100% of the cost is instantly refunded to your account balance.
- Carrier Stock Depletion: If a carrier runs out of available lines for a requested service/country during checkout, the paid amount is preserved 100% in your account balance, allowing you to choose another country or request an automatic bank reversal.
- Bank Reversal: Unused wallet balances deposited via PIX may be refunded to the original payer's bank account upon written request to customer support, subject to identity verification and fraud prevention checks.
5. Service Availability and Technical Disclaimers
- Carrier Routing: Virtual numbers depend on third-party telecommunications routing. While we maintain multi-carrier failover to ensure high delivery rates, temporary network interruptions may occur.
- Third-Party Applications: Telera is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Google, Telegram, Microsoft, or any other third-party service. Third-party applications maintain their own independent anti-spam filters, and Telera does not guarantee that a given third-party service will accept virtual routes indefinitely. Our commitment is guaranteed delivery or full automatic refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All brand elements, source code, designs, and content on t-num.com are the exclusive property of Telera Telecomunicações. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of third-party applications mentioned on our website belong to their respective owners and are referenced solely for compatibility identification.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Telera Telecomunicações shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, or any unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Judicial District of Curitiba, State of Paraná, Brazil, for the resolution of any disputes arising under or related to these Terms.
